What about the US?!!!
November 9th is so appropriate – “Richard Marx Day” in Cleveland, OH – named so in honor of his massive tour of 5 cities in one day 19 years ago. I was so ticked that I couldn’t get tickets – I bought tickets into the event on the other side of the wall at the I-X Center just to hear him!
I was just gonna say that Steph….I think the US is missing??
Picked this up at the show last night. Unbelievably AWESOME. Sounds great!
Mike – how many cuts were on the cd you got at the show? The one I got in Dallas back in the summer only had 11. It appears the upcoming import will have more. btw, did Olivia join Richard last night? If so, what did they do?
when is the cd going ro be released in the USA?why do you no longer sell your cds in stores?
Looking forward to hearing the new studio versions of songs you have written for other artists, but the rest of the album isn’t exactly new. I would have thought you would have tons of new material for a new album of original songs by now.
Heres hoping……
P.S Don’t let the ‘record company creeps’ stop you from releasing new work.
Dear Mr. Marx,
This is Sher Khan (M) from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have been following your career since way back when I just loved your collabortions with Luther Vandross and how fun to read how you enjoyed being with Luther Vandross and dealing with wrestling match of which Luther Vandross was a huge fan.
I have seen you in the few times you have been to Buenos Aires on a late night talk show and trying to speak a few words in Spanish like “la casa de Pepe”.
You write amazing music and know how to embed your soul in it.
I would love to listen to a recording with Lisa Fischer (Luther Vandross’ favourite singer and background vocalist and nowadays background vocalist of the Rolling Stones, Tina Turner and Chris Botti)
Thank you so much for the great music you bring to all of us.
Yours Sincerely,
Sher Khann
